Hi, I'm Stephanie Cabral. I'm a buy and hold real estate investor and, as I love to say, a "recovering" attorney. I have achieved financial independence from my portfolio of owner operated rentals. My real estate journey started over a decade ago, while working as a lawyer. I started buying rentals and eventually joined one of the top commercial real estate firms, all while still practicing law. In an effort to juggle it all, I began to focus on her operations; determining best practices and then perfecting my systems so I could consistently produce repeatable, predictable results while reducing the time spent in management. I now leverage virtual assistants, third party services, automation, reports, and refined processes to manage my portfolio and I'm proud of my record of 0 evictions of tenant's I've placed over the past 12 years, many long term tenants, and excellent tenant relations. Most importantly, I'm proud of how little I work IN the business, my ability to work remotely, running a professional operation, and serving my tenants with integrity and compassion.
Becoming a Lean Landlord has allowed me to take on more units, have pride in the way my tenants are managed, leave my day job, and become a full-time real estate investor. Through my proven systems and time-saving operations, I have grown my portfolio while consistently providing high-quality management to my residents. Now, I enjoy helping other landlords that are caught up in the minutia of management. You may have seen me as a speaker at the Bigger Pockets conference in 2019 or on the Bigger Pockets podcast in Show 360. I'm also an InvestHer pod mentor in Strive, have appeared on their podcast several times, and I've presented at CTREIA and numerous other podcasts and events throughout the years connecting with other landlords to free up their time, manage more professionally, and learn to love what they do.
