Stephanie Cabral is a buy and hold real estate investor and, as she loves to say, a "recovering" attorney. She has achieved financial independence from her portfolio of long and mid-term rentals that she both owns and operates. Her real estate journey started over a decade ago, while working as a lawyer. She started buying rentals and eventually joined one of the top commercial real estate firms, all while still practicing law. In an effort to juggle it all, Stephanie began to focus on her operations; determining best practices and then perfecting her systems so she could consistently produce repeatable, predictable results while reducing the time spent in management. She now leverages virtual assistants, third party services, automation, reports, and refined processes to manage her portfolio and is proud of her record of 0 evictions over the past 12 years, many long term tenants, and excellent tenant relations. Most importantly, she's proud of how little she works IN the business, her ability to work remotely, running a professional operation, and serving her tenants with integrity and compassion.
Becoming a Lean Landlord has allowed Stephanie to take on more units, have pride in the way her tenants are managed, quit her day job, and become a full-time real estate investor.
